French photographer, born in Lyon in 1981. After studying at the National School of Fine Arts in Lyon, passionate about still images, dance and cinema, Delphine Baumont conducted university research for four years in history and aesthetics of cinema and photography at the University Lumière Lyon II with a master's thesis on architectural photography in the cinematography work of M. Antonioni. At the School of Image Gobelins in Paris (Photography and digital retouching), Delphine confirmed her need for artistic expression through the photographic medium. After graduating, she perfected her training by assisting Parisian photographers in the fields of interior design, portrait, and advertisement. Then she collaborated as a freelancer with various studios in Paris and Brussels as a still life and decoration photographer, while continuing to develop artistic research work. Delphine lives and works in Frankfurt-am-Main in Germany since 2014.
